How Plugged Started
It started with a simple observation: being a founder is lonely as hell.
You're grinding away on your vision, surrounded by people who don't get it. The networking events suck. The co-working spaces are full of strangers. Everyone's heads down on their laptops, and nobody actually talks.
We got tired of it. So in 2024, after Josh's networking marathon revealed that existing founder events were boring and low-signal, we threw a house party at his place. What started as an experiment grew into something bigger.
Now we've got a full community with workspace, events, and a network of founders who genuinely support each other. 96% of members stick around — because when you find your people, you don't leave.
