Not necessarily. Plugged members get priority access, but we're open to working with vetted founders from the wider community. Everyone goes through the same screening process regardless

We're planning a small annual membership fee (£50-100) to cover vetting and admin costs once we launch properly. Right now during the experimental phase, it's free to join the waitlist and get matched. You'll always pay rent directly to landlords or housemates as normal.

This is our top priority. Every person goes through screening: verifying identity, checking LinkedIn/background, having conversations about values and expectations. We facilitate the matching, but once you move in together, you're responsible for your own living situation—just like any flatshare.

We're starting in London because that's where we're based, but join the waitlist anyway. If we get enough interest in other cities, we'll expand there. The vision is global, but we need to prove this works first.
